Frequently asked questions
Buying
How do I buy something?
Browse a listing and tap "Enquire on WhatsApp". Our team confirms availability and condition, then guides you through payment based on the item's transaction mode.
Is it safe to pay upfront?
For low-value books, payment is typically direct between buyer and seller. For mid and high-value items, we use assisted payment or an escrow-style inspection hold — funds aren't released to the seller until you've confirmed the item.
What if the item doesn't match the listing?
Raise it immediately on WhatsApp or flag a dispute. We use proof-of-dispatch and proof-of-receipt records plus the original listing photos to resolve it.
Selling
How much does it cost to list?
Book listings are free with a small commission on successful sales. Rare coins and collectibles carry a verification fee plus commission, reflecting the extra trust work involved.
Why was my listing rejected?
Usually incomplete photos or missing disclosure fields. Check the moderation notes on your listing — you can resubmit once fixed.
When do I get paid?
Depends on the transaction mode: direct deals settle between you and the buyer; assisted and escrow modes pay out after delivery is confirmed or the inspection window closes.
Shipping & Disputes
Who arranges shipping?
Sellers ship directly using our shipping SOP, and must share proof-of-dispatch. Buyers confirm proof-of-receipt once the item arrives.
What happens if there's a dispute?
Our team investigates using the listing record, shipping proof, and WhatsApp conversation log, then issues a resolution — refund, partial refund, or deal closure.
